Boiler Room is celebrating the legacy and sound of legendary musician George Clinton. The special Halloween event in New York City will combine Clinton’s visionary Afrofuturistic Funk with Detroit Techno.
Besides the Parliament-Funkadelic bandleader, the night’s line-up also includes Patrice Scott, Rimarkable, and Turtle Bugg. Installations by Aya Rodriguez and Nitemind will also be presented.
“Uncle Jams Wants You: Halloween With George Clinton” is scheduled for October 30. BoilerRoom.TV will stream the party live from Brooklyn’s Sugarhill Supperclub starting at 9 pm ET.
