Obie Iyoha (born Omoregie Iyoha) displays his creativity in the new video for “Anime & Chill.” The Greensboro/Ann Arbor native incorporates elements from The Brady Bunch, Rick and Morty and House Party 3 into the clip.

Influences such as OutKast, The Notorious B.I.G., Ma$e, Nas, Eminem, and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony helped to shape the stylings of Obie’s debut album Midnight Run. His Nigerian heritage is also deeply embedded in his music.
