Actor/musician Jaden Smith released his Syre album back in November. The 17-track opus was a window into the mind of the 19-year-old creator.

Smith expounds on his vision in a new documentary streaming on Tidal. Icon Living also features performance footage from the MSFTs show at The Roxy in Los Angeles.

“Every artist that has different explanations for why they make music or why they do it,” explains Smith in the film. “For me, MSFTs is a collective of individuals that are dedicated to raising the consciousness of humanity through art and science. Art is a hard thing to explain. For us to really get closer to it, we’re going to have to make more.”
