Nello Luchi turned to her stable of in-house producers for the tracks on the new free album The Struggle Before The Glory. Fresh out of Brooklyn, Nello takes influences from Hip Hop’s Golden Era as well as modern soundscapes for the 13-song project.
The Struggle Before The Glory follows the earlier mixtapes Breathe In and The Nothing Special. For her latest collection, Nello gets contributions from Bronzon and Phoenix. The Bed-Stuy representative has her Grammy-winning cousin Chrisette Michele in her corner as well.
“Nello Luchi is one of the new voices in Hip Hop,” says Michele.
