Rapper/actor Tray Chaney has released numerous music videos over the last several years. The former star of The Wire used some of his previous visuals to tackle important social issues like HIV/AIDS awareness, bullying, and fatherhood.
Chaney is back with his newest video for the song “Money In My Walk”, and this time the DMV resident is focusing on just having a good time with his art.
“‘Money In My Walk’ is my 11th video, and I’ve tapped into a space musically where I want to just celebrate, rejoice, dance, put smiles on people’s face, dare to be different!” states Chaney. “I will continue being a leader!”
The Dominic DeSantis directed clip features Jose Hancock and Romel Kelly of the Beat Ya Feet Kings from MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew. Meanwhile, Mr. “Why You Kill Wallace?” spits self-assured rhymes over WAVE & Don Cox’s production.
